1. About SubSource

SubSource is an independent digital service provider offering access assistance, activation support, and managed delivery for certain digital tools, promotional subscriptions, and campaign-based plans.

We primarily provide:

  • Trial plans
  • Offer-based subscriptions
  • Campaign claim access
  • Managed or shared access plans

2. Independent Service Disclaimer

SubSource is not officially affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Adobe Inc., Canva, Microsoft, or any other original software provider, unless explicitly stated. All trademarks, product names, and logos belong to their respective owners.

Important: We primarily provide trial plans, promotional offers, and campaign-based subscription claims. Please do not purchase expecting an official, direct full-price subscription from the original company unless clearly stated.

3. Nature of Digital Products

All services provided by SubSource are digital. No physical product will be shipped.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is provided via Email, Messenger, WhatsApp, or other agreed method.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5 minutes to 12 hours (up to 24 hours in rare cases).
  • Customers must provide accurate contact information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.

5. Account Type & Usage Rules

Shared / Managed Access Plans

  • Changing password, recovery email, or any security settings is strictly prohibited.
  • Sharing login beyond allowed device/user limits is prohibited.
  • Reselling, transferring, or re-sharing access is forbidden.
  • Violations may lead to immediate termination without refund.

6. Refund Policy

  • No refund after successful delivery of digital access.
  • If access does not work at the time of delivery, we will fix or replace it within the package terms.
  • Refund may only apply if we fail to deliver within 48 hours (subject to verification).

7. Warranty / Support Policy

Warranty covers only technical access issues within the stated plan period. Warranty does not cover:

  • Customer misuse or rule violation
  • Password/recovery changes by the customer
  • Device, internet, or network issues
  • Platform policy changes or actions by original providers

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Do not misuse the service or violate account rules.
  • Do not contact the original software company to request changes for managed/shared accounts.
  • Do not claim official ownership of a managed/shared subscription.
  • Follow SubSource support guidelines and communicate respectfully.

9. Service Termination

SubSource reserves the right to cancel orders, suspend access, or refuse service in case of policy violations, fraud suspicion, abuse, or operational limitations.

10. Limitation of Liability

SubSource is not responsible for account suspension or restrictions imposed by original providers, downtime, or policy changes. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
